    Good for Enterprise Application HTC Evo

    I have downloaded the app to my phone. I have rec'd the info from my company i.e. email address and pin. When I press next to connect it goes to status: Retrieving carrier list but times out. The error message reads: Retrieving carrier list took too long. What do I do?
