Corporate sync - syncing to outlook

I had to reload my operating system on my droid X2 because of some glitching problems and when they loaded the new software, it is 2.3.4, I can't get my coprerate email to connect. I have downloaded my certificate, which it was asking for, but now it says it cannot connect, at least it is not asking for the certificate anymore! I have used this feature for my work since the original Droid came out and I rely on it for my business.... HELP!!! My company also 4 droids and all but mine are currently connecting and recieving company emails via outlook. Even the setup screens are different then the older versions, but we have copied the information from those units that work. I have even gone to the Verizon store and they can't seem to get it working... Your help would be so appreciated!!!!
