    Droid Bionic having issues

    I have a Droid Bionic and for the most part I love it however, probably about 3 times a week the phone will just have a black screen and freeze and the only way to fix this is a battery pull. I have talked to verzion and deleted apps, but it still keeps happening. Also sometimes my 4G/3G gets screwy and I have to restart my phone. Any suggestions? Also I have insurance on the phone.
