Use super glue - it wont come off again.
Yeah the plastic on the side of my is starting to come off. Its the whole plastic piece where you plug the phone in. Its a replacement phone too. My first was way nicer.
It's molded to look like individual keys, but it's just one large flexible piece of plastic. It may be 'defective', but I like it. Seems better made than one with 100 individual pieces of plastic.
The way that mine and Kristoff's is made is the only way that really makes sense from a manufacturing standpoint. 100 individual pieces of plastic for keys makes a lot less sense than one large piece of plastic that's formed to look like a keyboard....
I have that problem with the delete key, my bottom right part of the key is peeling up everytime I slide open the keyboard. I thought it might be the top part of the case but nothing hangs down.

The first droid I had brand new the keys were all uneven and wavy, eventually they started to peel up a bit, first certified replacement wasnt any better. second certified replacement the keys are actually flat.
I think the manufacturing is at fault
I have a thoery about this. I am on my third droid. On the first the keys came bubbly. The second flat, but looked less flat when i got the third. on the third ive noted by photo and day one they were flat and are now bubbly. So the keyboard does get less flat over time. But just as others, mine is a solid piece. Least it looks like it. I think they all get less flat over time. Some peel which is bad news. But motorola will replace it. I don't see it as a huge deal. You never go without a phone. They send you a phone then you activate it and youre back up and running.
