    Landscape touch keyboard.

    The landscape touch keyboard on my phone doesn't work. The store said to bring it back in but if there is a way to fix it, I'd like to do that. I really don't feel like going back down there... I'm lazy like that. Anyway, anyone else having having this problem? How can I fix it?

    I've done that a thousand times and nothing. I even reset the phone and it didn't change anything.

    Try to do a hard reset, there are articles here on how to do it, chances are that's all that verizon will do.
