Deleting Google search results

Hello does anyone know how to delete your old user name from showing in Google search results?

Google search results will appear according to an algorithm. You would have to delete anything from the websites on which it appears to make the Google search links useless. Then it would still appear until only Google knows when they adjust their search algorithm/delete results.
