    MIUI getting bloated?

    I've been using MIUI since the beginning. Lately it seems that it is getting really bloated.

    It has been lagging worse with the last couple of releases and I have been having issues with running out of memory.

    Each install I have done full wipes and clean installs.

    I just installed the latest CM7. It is running much faster/smoother and with the same apps installed I have 37mb free.

    I think it is just getting to be too bloated for the original Droid.

    Oh well. Upgrade in Aug and hopefully the Bionic (or whatever it will be) will be ready.

    I'm with you, Bob...I ran MIUI for a long time...kept getting slower and slower. Switched over to CM7...freakin' love it!!
