I chose HelixLauncher as my home screen and BetterCut can create any shortcuts at all. I did run a quick MM themeto reskin it but that shouldnt affect it I don't think. Just replaced a few png files. Running Clean Black also.

Well, I reverted to my last image so I can use BetterCut. Anyone else having troubles using BetterCut?

No trouble installing from Rom Manager though.
