    What happened?

I rebooted it took 15 minutes for all my apps to show up. I thought I had lost everything! I would touch a icon and got a message the app was not installed. I left it trying to figure it out and calm down, lo and behold, everything was working.and working great too. Any clues as to why this happened?

Most likely, all of your apps are on your sd card. They will show up on your phone, but not be accessible until the sd card has loaded. The more apps you have, the longer the load time.

Like bob said, if your apps are on your sd card you have to wait for your phone to mount the sdcard on startup and then load all the apps off of it. Initially apps on your sdcard take longer to boot but after everything is fully loaded things will be smooth. Its kind of a tradeoff for apps2sd.

It really freaked me out. Yes I am running Apps2sd. But does that mean every app goes there automatically? I moved them ( I thought ) individually, but not all them. Hummm. Thanks for the info.

Yes if you have a apps2sd script enabled they will all automatically be installed to your sd card as you install them, however if you already have the apps installed and you then enable apps2sd the apps already on your phone will have to be moved manually.

Yeah.that's what I did. Had apps installed pre apps2sd, then moved the largest apps to SD . Unless they had a widget. I suppose this delay will happen evertime I restart huh? May have to reconsider a few apps. Ha ha
I might add this ROM rocks! Very fast. I installed AWD launcher really like it.

Yeah I figured that's what happened, but yes you will always have that delay and yeah never put widgets on your sdcard as you know, they won't work properly or even at all.

Also, I've tried to use adwlauncher a few times but for some reason it seems to be slightly less snappy then launcherpro, if it wasn't for that I would go with adw.
