    Try these links!

Be sure you set it all up, and do the usual "fastboot oem unlock" before going forward

    Galaxy Nexus Toolkit

    TeamWin Recovery Project 2.1.2

Faux 15u kernel (I recommend this one over franco's at the moment. 16 is almost ready, but currently on beta3)
    Motorola Droid 1
    Steel Droid v12.0 (GB WIP)
    RZ's 2.0.3 Recovery

    Droid 3 v5.0 (5.7.906-based)

    Galaxy Nexus (32GB)
Steel Droid GNex JELLYBEAN v7.0 (AOSP 4.2.2 Hybrid WIP)
    Vanir AK kernel 1.0.2 mod

    TWRP 2.4.4.0 Recovery
    JRO03O bootloader and JDQ39 radios

hmm, i know the #1 thing i like about franco kernel is that it seems to far surpass anything else with i/o speed...for example in benchmarks (like quadrant) the i/o parts of the tests are almost instant, on anything else they take forever...you have any idea chevy?

oh and to cowsquad, you might want to start on clockwork recovery touch, teamwin recovery takes some getting used to (i still havent exactly figured out how to tell if its all the way done making a backup)

I tried franco's kernel, and I got stuttering and some lag in opening up the app drawer. I tried Faux's and its smooth as can be.

As far as the recovery, when a backup is finished, it not only says its complete, but shows a huge button near the bottom that you can use to back up to the home menu.

Clockwork Touch really doesnt do anything. In fact, it seems like there's less there than there was in previous, non-touch versions. Theres just so much that CWR DOESNT DO.

It was weird when i did a backup for me though, it said complete as soon as i started it but it obviously wouldnt be...maybe i need to redownload and flash it again?

btw i just found out why franco kernel does so well in i/o scores, it has fsync disabled but most kernels keep it enabled for data safety...

You should definitely have your own GNex dev section unless its easier for you to update everything in one place.

Used your roms on my D1 now GNex.

Correct me if I'm wrong on Gnex2000 I get text to speech not working on Google maps when in navigation.
I installed volume+ and Franco kernel121. So if no one is getting this I will reinstall.

    I love the rom homie!

Now for some begging lol..can I put a request for dsp manager with Beats incorporated.

    Thanks chevcam

Anybody happen to know why I'm getting such crappy battery life? This was right after I sbfd and loaded up SD 10.2 RC 3 cleanly. Maybe the lv kernel is the only thing I could think of, but I'm not having any lag whatsoever, but I'm not sure if That would occur even if its not getting enough juice to satisfy the battery.

Edit: hmmm not sure why it won't let me upload the pic of my battery usage screenshot. Says I'm not logged in or don't have permission to perform this action and contact forum administrator ...weird. anyway, battery was at 15% with 2 hrs 13 mins which was shocking, with android OS at 3%.
