Any of you still own a Droid 3? You might be in for a nice surprise! I am nearning completion of my v5.0 update! Its still based on 5.7.906. The new version contains a Jellybean 4.2.x hybrid theme (still a WIP), better compression, smaller apk sizes, and HOPEFULLY, better performance!

And NO, in the third screenshot, the quicksettings are actually VERY easy to see. Its not a grey checkered background, but more of soft grey solid. Screenshot app didnt do a very good job there.

UPDATE! I just pushed an updated copy of my Droid 2 Themed ROM. Yes, its GINGERBREAD! lol And YES, its based on the GINGERBREAD kernel! CHECK THE OP!
Just got a RAZR maxx big difference from DX , wondering if you've thought about a ROM for it or can suggest any dev's doing any mods?
Not that I know of. I personally already have my hands full with my ROM, and helping out on Vanir, so Im not looking at taking on anything new at this point.Quote:

you might get a giggle out of this... this is not my first foray into the world of rooting, but since the advent of my droid 2, I have ventured further into the world of flashing roms, and making my android do things it probably shouldn't..
I am looking forward to using your rom, but when trying to install from sd, i get an error that says it is an invalid file, and with the sig verification turned on, it comes back as an invalid e-signature, and aborts.
I first tried simply overwriting my cm9 rom, then flashed my stock recovery and tried again, all to no avail. I have sinve tried to use the tools for the droid 3, being it is still based on a gb rom, but the code seems to differ, and the safestrap bricks my phone. so I have sbf back to stock, reprogrammed for the cricket network, and rooted back to the cm9 rom (so disapointed that they have dropped dev) that I was previously using and am spending anxious hours pouring through web pages trying to find a fix that could get your rom (which I hear works correctly) onto my phone...
any help would be appreciated.
