I'd say the rezound is second best then, especially with an update to ics coming soon...you can unlock the bootloader and its almost as easy to flash kernels and roms (no s-off which makes kernels a little harder but its doable), i'd say the rezound has the better camera and an overall good phone...obvously the razr has issues with flashing roms and no kernels (gotta be careful flashing roms for the newer moto phones, could make it so you cant get back to stock)

I actually dont even mind that the internal storage is 16gb. I only use like 2/10 of my 16gb card lol. Just music and roms and kernels, etc.

dont forget that 16 Gb also has the os on it (i think) and anything you might have in /data so you probably lose maybe about 1 Gb for the os, plus however many apps you want installed plus whatever you'd want from your current sdcard

Yeah I was thinking that. Either way, I'd probably still have 6-7 gb free or even more.

Well No go on the geniewidget.apk install. Changed permissions to match that of those in both /data and /system. Oh well, I'll see if there's a decent substitute in the "play store".

Go launcher is turning out to quite the replacement for launcher pro tho, and I thought I was doin good on memory with LP when it'd say like 13mb in settings, applications, running services... the.one that comes with SD 10.1, nemus I think it's called, was running good, then I looked n it said like 21mb, now Go says 23mb, but I don't care, obviously that thing can't be trusted for an accurate reading.

I thought about rezound, I am probably going Bionic unless there is a good sale, It's getting ICS, it has almost fully working ports, and it has enough performance i'd be fine with finding a rom that runs well and keeping stock on the safe partition. But i'd definitely get the rezound if verizon has a sale. It's sad that even Launchers use up so much memory on the D1 these days.

I just use LauncherPro. Simple, smooth, lightweight.

I tend to forget to re-download it. The only gripe I have with using that on GB is the weird black screen glitch I get once in a while, I'm still waiting on that launcher rewrite lol.

I actually thought about that after the fact lol it's funny I remember when zeam first came out I used it for a few months and it was so smooth I had no redraws ever. then I ended up rooting and now when I use zeam it uses twice the mb. so much for lightweight.
