    Question notice Music app doesn't apply ring tones anymore?

    before I started rooting, i could apply any mp3 as a ring tone through Music app, now it doesn't. is there a fix or another app that does this for me?

    Are you using the new Google Music beta? For some reason that option is missing in the beta. You can always just reinstall the older Music app, or install another music app altogether, like PowerAmp.
