[RELEASE] Steel Droid 9.0 Gingerbread - 11-17-2011

Is anyone having bootup issues? I wiped EVERYTHING at least 6 times before the initial boot worked. Even then it took about 5-10 minutes to boot. Once running it runs fast, smooth, and good battery life. I have experienced the FC issues already reported a little. There is also a freeze and reboot once in a while. The big problem for me is after any reboot, it will get stuck in a boot loop. I have to pull the battery and let it sit for about 15 minutes. It acts as if it is over heated, but I monitor it when it is running, and it runs cool. Then it takes 1 to several minutes to finish booting, and many boot loops. The only 2 ideas I have are that the voltage might be a hair too low for my droid, or maybe because I flashed it using RZrecovery. Any other ideas?
Over all I love this ROM, and when the bugs are worked out, it will be arguably the best overall performing ROM i've used for the D1.

Chevy, I just wanted to chime in and congratulate you. This 7.0 is just as crisp as I can ever remember anything on my D1. I've had it on since you put up the D/L link and haven't switched Rom's since, and that is from someone who rotates Nandroids multiple times a day.

Btw, what is the Droid Overclock widget on the screenshot in the OP? I don't have that, is it in the optional apps or is that something else? Fwiw, I flashed 7.0 over 6.3 because I was lazy (only use D1 on wifi and wasn't near wifi. Have no service right now as I use my new DInc2) so I may have not gotten the full effect of 7.

HELP!!!
I downloaded 7.0 using CWM wiped cache, memory and delvic cache. When CWM reeboted I've gotten stuck at the M.
Don't know what to do. Please help.

I would say go back into recovery and try again wipe everything 3x. Did you install gapps?
