Facebook 1.5.3 on SD 6.3 force closes

This is a discussion on Facebook 1.5.3 on SD 6.3 force closes within the Steel Droid forums, part of the Custom Roms category; I've removed and redownloaded the app from the market and it force closes when I view friends. Anyone else have this problem and possible resolution? ...

    Facebook 1.5.3 on SD 6.3 force closes

    I've removed and redownloaded the app from the market and it force closes when I view friends. Anyone else have this problem and possible resolution?

    I have read that there are force close issues with this version of facebook regardless of rom. Ive seen similiar threads in liquid and chevy forums as well. It is most likely the update of facebook and not rom related.

    There's a bunch of complaints about it in the market too. It's definitely the last update. You could try using flow instead.
