Cant make phone calls!

I running: OG Moto Droid, steel droid gingerbread v5.3 GRI40 2.3.3 mod ver 5300 kernel 2.6.32.9_RZ and everything is awesome, EXCEPT I cant make phone calls!

When I click on call log, I get "the process android.process.acore has stopped..." which is the same error that I get when attempting to place a phone call.

This happens when I click the call button next to a contact or try to dial a number directly.
HELP!

Re-install rom after wipe.

Use your preferred kernel, and wipe boot, system, data, cache, and dalvik-cache, then reinstall the ROM. That has always worked the best for me. I personally use RZR Recovery.

Of course, before you get too far ahead of yourself, take a look at the freshly uploaded v5.5. I have fixed those issues there, and I dont think there are any left in 5.5. I could be wrong, but you CAN make phone calls from it. I tested it before uploading.
