Place on root of SD card? Does that mean in a specific place on the card? With the steel droid stuff? Or do I just select it when I do CWM?

I put it in the SD-Ext directory. (AKA: Removable SD Card)

Don't put it in a folder or anything. When you boot into CWM you will go to "Apply Zip" and select the one you downloaded and moved.

Could you also consider adding the social status application back to the next build? And the visual voicemail app. Or giving us the ability to install some original system apps. because some of the ones you uninstalled with this rom were useful. Just a sugesstion.
Id love to use this rom and still have the social status widget, and visual voicemail, and the calendar.

Black Status Bar + 1% Battery: LINK

Directions:
1. Download the zip file and place on root of SD Card
2. Boot into CWM Recovery and apply the .zip
3. Reboot and Enjoy

Well it does work on ODEXED ROMs but you won't get the 1% battery mod, it'll just be 10% battery increments.

Yeah, it works but i only get 5% battery increments "5,10,15%..etc."

How did you really download it? Cause using titanium or root explorer, I'm under able to.

Could you make 2 versions of the next release, if possible? Like one with the bloat ware and the other without. Because some of the apps thats uninstalled i cant reinstall.

You can download both Maps and Gmail from the Market.

Anytime you are flashing ROMs or making mods, you run the risk of bricking your phone. Thankfully, due to a lot of hard work in the D3 community, a hard brick is fairly uncommon.
