I just got 5.6.890 deodexed, but don't have a decent way to test it. I could test groups of apps individually, or in small groups. Needed smali/baksmali 1.2.8. I WAS using 1.2.3

09-20-2011 04:14 PM+1 here too. I have a steel droid rom loaded on my D1 and have my D3 running a few changed properties on 5.6.890 (quicker transitions, different wifi scan time, different battery status icon displaying percentages)

09-24-2011 12:08 PMim new to android and loking to be part of the community. Ill be happy to beta test... also any updates ? im not sure how long it takes ROMs to be made, im used to using custom symbian firmware

09-24-2011 05:12 PMYou should be able to. Im having trouble flashing a stock deodexed zip, but maybe its just me. I will SBF back to stock and try again...

Download that file, and tell me if you can flash it with the new recovery. It keeps telling me its "bad" but I have copied it several times, and even done an integrity check, and all seems good. Maybe its the recovery?Motorola Droid 1
