when you first install the rom the phone is fast and great battery life but after installing a bunch of apps over a few months it seems like its slow now and batter life is down anything i can do about this?

Look and see whats consuming the most battery. Maybe one of the apps you installed could be to blame and also I've noticed that if you don't turn off the phone every few day it does tend to get slow. Simple reboot fixes that.Quote:
