Who thinks this NBA season will be cancled ?

I think it's safe to say there won't be an NBA season now. Players are exceptionally greedy along with their agents. I think Derek Fischer was the worst man who could have led them. I hope they never bounce back from this financially as a league. It should never come to this when this much money is on the table. You are screwing over the people who pretty much pay your salary, our hard earned money going to complete waste here.

You have a good point in there, I guessed if there someone else who lead the union rather than Derek Fisher will be more efficient and maybe a better outcome happened. But now the union is dissolved and NBA people is now thinking of suing the players what more worst than that could happened? But we can't directly blame the player by having their greediness.

Fisher acted as VP when Antonio Davis was the President of the NBPA. He was voted as the President and was going a great job, but talks between owners and players have hurt Fisher's image. I never thought KG was that level headed, he's a bit too intense for the job. Ray Allen has that calm free flowing attitude that I don't think would've made him a good leader, he was never a vocal leader either. Fisher was the right man for the job, but it's the situation that's made him look bad.

Also Billy Hunter hasn't helped with this case at all. Hunter wasn't do his job right so that's why I believe that Fisher had to get more involved than he should have. Most of all its the players to blame, I personally think its the greed of the class of 03+.

I'm pretty sure it's safe to say there's no season. Games have been canceled through Dec. 15 and players are now filing lawsuits against the NBA. the NBPA has dissolved and they stand further apart than ever. Worst of all its the arena workers and small businesses around the arena that suffer the most. These multi-millionaire and billionaires are hurting the economy with their greed.

haha yep this would have been the last "realistic" chance Pierce, Allen and KG had to win number 18 for the Green but the NBA didn't want that to happen, now they are going to be old senior citizens when the lock out ends for next season.

Never know. No one, expected Mavs to win this season until after they swept the Lakers. I even had LA to 3peat. After I saw them comeback against LA in game 1 I thought they had a chance, never would I have thought it was going to be a sweep.

I don't count anyone out anymore after last season's miracle playoff run.

I was happy when the Mavs swept the Lakers, but never thought of Heat going down on game 5 of the Finals.
@topic- I'm still hoping a miracle would happen even for a half season only.
