A couple of fdrs would probably help. Backup all of your data goto system settings privacy factory data reset check the box to erase all user and app data. I would do this twice just to make sure...
No problem. Good luck.

Are you running the ics. 215 leak? If so you will need to revert back to. 211. You can check by going to system settings, phone info and it will tell you what system version you are on.

You shouldn't lose root by just doing a factory reset, but there have been some cases where people have lost root. Are you running jelly bean or are you still on ice cream sandwich? If you do lose...
Hopefully it's all cleared up. Did you do a meter calibration to clear up the mysterious battery issues?

Aarong and Tricia it's good to see your phones running good again!

Here's what my kernel wake time looks like. My phone has been running flawless. Love the maxx battery. This is with mild usage. I think yours is running pretty normal62776

Tricia I think that is about normal. I don't have gram installed right now. I will install it and let you know what mine says tomorrow.

I would try a couple of meter calibrations.

Media is searching through old files that have accumulated on your internal and external memory cards. It scans for pictures music ring tones etc.
I had this problem when I updated to jelly bean....
I think all you have to do is swipe them to to the left or right and that should get rid of them.

Can you be a little more specific on what you are asking I'm a little Confused at the question.

I don't think a new battery would help. The third replacement phone I received was brand new. It still had ics installed worked perfectly. When I updated to jelly bean the problem started again.

Ok I wanted to check because there are three threads I have been involved with and I get confused sometimes with which one I'm on. Lol..
This is the first time I've heard of someone having this...
Do you have a razr or a maxx?

I'm not an expert on flashing roms but there are plenty of threads on here for that.
I did receive 3 different replacement phones from Verizon and all three phones had the same battery drops. I...
There is an app called widget locker you can get to design your own lock screen. It's an awesome app works really well.

If your ring tones you are trying to set are on your external sd card, you will need to move them to the internal memory. If not you will lose them sometimes when you plug in via usb or reboot.

I've had the maxx battery for a week and haven't seen it drop yet. It runs perfectly. With the 3 replacements I got I tried not rooting, not downloading any apps, meter training, and nothing worked....
I had the same problem. No matter what I did I couldn't fix it. It's been like that ever since jelly bean. While charging my phone would go from 80 to 100 skipping 90. I have had 3 replacement...

Setting it to cdma/lte mode saves a lot of battery. I would recommend setting it to that.

No problem

You can turn it off and remove the old one and insert the new one, or you can leave it on go into settings, storage, and unmount your old one and put your new one in. It's that easy!
