About LinkBacksMy fiance dropped her stratosphere by accident friday. Now the phone only works half the time. Called and they want $100 for a replacement. The phone itself was free so how can i get a free replacement for her?

03-04-2012 10:20 PMYou can't get a free replacement unless it is a defective phone. $100 is actually reasonable when you think about it since the phone costs $600 or so.
