    Problem with volume control

    Don't know if anyone has this issue with their stratosphere. When I'm in an application and I use the side volume knobs, instead of turning up or down the media volume it does the ringer volume. Once in a while it will change media volume, but then it will change over to ringer volume again.

    Any help?
