Twidroyd not scrolling

I just recently went to Samsung (Samsung Galaxy Note 2) after being with Motorola (Droid slide, Droid X, Droid Razr Maxx, Droid Razr M) for the longest time. While with them I have never had an issue with Twidroyd scrolling up or down. After loading it on my SGN2 when I attempt to scroll it does not go up or down. It just shows the current page. If I pull the S Pen out and use it with the little arrows it will scroll but not with my finger. Is there an issue I am over looking or a setting that I have missed somewhere.

I had it to check every 2 or 3 hours and I'm sure there were alot of tweets in that time period. Iam just curious as to why it won't let me scroll up or down by touching the screen.

Don't get me wrong, I actually like the S Pen, but I don't want to have to align the little arrows everytime I use twitter.
