Help with a few features not working

1. The double tap on the top of the phone hasn't worked for ne.
2. S pen. Is a blank note pad or something supposed to open when I take out the pwn, while writing a message?
I wanted to try and translate my 5th grade cursive skills.
3. Shaking the screen to update. This has worked maybe once.
4. The multi tab, can we add Gmail and other apps

1. Double tap the top of the phone? Do you mean the screen or the actual phone and what are you looking to happen?

2. If you have the open popup note setting checked under s-pen, yes.

3. I've never used it.

4. At this time, developer support has to be provided for the apps in order to add them to multiview, unless you either want to root or modify the apps yourself.

The double tap only works in contacts and the email app, not gmail.
