Hello. Thought I would post in this thread rather than clutter things up and introduce myself. My Note 2 is on order (but via work so it will be a little bit) and let you know I a moving over here from the Bionic forum. One quick question....it was a full price purchase by work they are handing it to me but VZ is aware it is going on my phone number. Do I just swap the SIM from the Bionic to the Note?

Im sorry you are right I had a mini and I had to get a sim card adapter to make it work in Bionic. So yes you need to get new card but like he said there free they might even send one with phone. They sent one with my S3 and I used it to activate my wifes D4.
FWIW, in the past Verizon used to automatically include a new SIM in the box with the phone, but now when you order the phone online, it will prompt you as to whether you would need a new SIM or not. If the SIM is the same size, it will also ask if you want a new SIM.Quote:
