My earbuds crapped out about 2 weeks ago and I was waiting to see if verizon was gonna let us have the samsung ones. After verizon I have to go find some new ones.

After checking my confirmation email, the $30 charge is an "Upgrade Fee." What the hell is that?!
It's the fee Verizon charges when an existing customer signs a new contract and gets a new phone as an upgrade. They started charging that back at the end of April.
