    External Storage?

Does the Galaxy Nexus support something like a microSD or SD card? If so, what format and sizes does it support?

No SD for you...that is one the few weaknesses of the Galaxy Nexus actually. It has no SD expansion at all. Make sure you get the 32 gig version if you buy one.

Sure it does but you must be rooted. If you are then use StickMount free from the market and you will also need an OTG Cable.

With this you can use a card reader or flash drive for additional memory.

Also, a weakness? That is a ton of cellphone space! P L E N T Y enough for me. That's what Dropbox is for.

Lack of expandability is always a weakness. Some people tolerate the weakness a lot better than others because they dont need the extra space. If you ask someone if they prefer more storage or less storage, more is always going to be better. No one prefers a lack of options.

People who dont have a lot of stuff to store (they dont have a huge MP3 or video library or whatever) will not miss the loss of space. But its still a weakness in the phone itself.

...as long as you have good network access. And I hope you don't want your large files immediately, as there will be download times associated with them, even on 4G.

If Dropbox was enough, no one would ever need to buy anything but the smallest storage version of any phone. Even you believe that, which is why you prefered the 32 gig version.
