    DH12 to DI01?

    I have been trying to get my phone to update for the last two days. It keeps telling me the Update Failed for this reason "IP-PREVIOUS-UPDATE-FAILED". What does this mean and how valuable is the update?

    Make sure WiFi is turned OFF. You cannot access the update if it is turned on.
