    OTA installation problems

    Hello,

    Ok I have a quick question. How the heck do I install the gingerbread update? The file downloaded OTA 100% and then nothing! What do I do from here to get it to install? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    I had it download twice and then not install. For the third time, I restarted my phone. Then I went into Task Manager and closed any active applications, and then hit the RAM tab and hit the Clear Memory button. Backed out of all that so that I could start the download AGAIN, and that time it worked.

    On my wife's phone, it worked first time.
