I NEED HELP. ALARM and DOCK ISSUES

I have a fascinate that i use as my daily alarm clock. I keep it on a dock in my room. Its bad enough that the blue light on the dock is extremely bright, but now ive realized that when the charge reaches 100% and the message comes up on the screen telling me to unplug the phone, the alarm WILL NOT go off if the message is not excused... Also it illuminates the phone at 3am, which is annoying because it wakes me up, but i suppose neccecary so i can excuse the message and make sure the alarm goes off... THIS IS VERY BAD ENGINEERING! i am very frustrated and am wondering if there is anyway to make the stupid 100% message go away. I KNOW ITS GONNA FULLY CHARGE! THATS WHY I CHARGE IT AT NIGHT. I DON"T NEED A STUPID MESSAGE TO REMIND ME. WHO SITS AND WATCHES THEIR PHONE CHARGE TO BE ABLE TO SEE THAT MESSAGE ANYWAY?! VERY UNNECESARY. if anyone has some input or a similar problem i would love to hear some ideas. thanks a bunch

Wow, I'm sorry for your issue. I have never had this issue and to be honest I'm not sure where to begin. Lets start with the easy stuff.

Have you tried pulling your battery out? Pull the battery out and wait 30 seconds before you put it back in. See if this fixes your issue first.

What version are you on? Try updating your phone to see if their is a newer version that you do not have.

I have not heard of anyone else having this issue. Get back to us, if we need to dive further we can, starting small is best.

thanks for the reply. yes i've tried removing the battery it didn't work. I looked at some similar situations on other posts and heard about an app called droid essentials. It lets you toggle the on/off button for the 100% power notification. At first it worked perfectly. the message and the noise no longer came on. Now about a week later ive noticed that the message no longer comes up, but a different alert now plays and the the screen light comes on. Very strange, not sure what is going on..
