Adding Secondary GMail Account not working

When trying to add a Google Apps email account using the gmail application on my fascinate, it continues to hand and never setup the account. You should be able to multiple google accounts to the phone but when I use my USERNAME@googleappsdomain.com it consistently hangs and says that i dont have a data connection and should call customer serivce or that it might be a temporary problem. This is very frustrating. Is anyone else having this same type of problem? Is there any fix that I should be aware?

Also, my primary gmail account is working properly. It just the problem with adding the second account.

I have the same problem using SAMSUNG Galaxy S. Perhaps it's a SAMSUNG specific problem!?
