To re root just flash the red cwm3 correct then the rom etc ???

I'm a little new to rooting and unrooting n I want to unroot my phone and complain to verizon so they give me a new one -.-.... so how exactly does this process work? So they don't tell me my phones outta warranty

Ok so I download the tar package then put it in the pda option? I'm sorry but I read a step by step noob guide to root, this seems like one of those if u know what you're doing type deals..

Sure enough. Worked. Completed in less than 2 minutes, phone back to original factory as far as I can tell so far. THANK YOU! Now on to rerooting and new ROM.
