    Is there any way to just change the animations?

    I'm using the NitroDark theme, and I don't like the animations, but I like the theme. Anyone know if you can get a zip to change them?

    yup , download the Spare Parts app , then turn off windows animations and transition animations.

    Download MetaMorph in the market and try any of these...I cant guarantee they will work but its worth a shot

    [MOD] Screen Animations ANY ROM - xda-developers

    Make a nandroid backup first !!!!!!!

    Also if they dont take the first time just try a few times and they will...MM is funny about applying these sometimes

    If you have a file explorer type app (I use Ghost Commander, but there are others), you can put about any boot animation on your phone. Just replace the bootanimation.zip in the system/media folder with another. There are some floating around here, and at XDA, just do a search for boot animation and you should be able to find a zip package to suit your taste. The other option is to create one using your own images, or (as I did) parts from a couple other animations. Again, I learned everything about this here and on the XDA forums, but I'd be glad to give advice.
