forgot unlock pattern

are current phone got wet and is no longer in use we had this Droid Charge from 6 months ago and we're going to activate it we do not remember to unlock pattern or no Google password actually that Google account that was on that phone is no longer even and use.. we had tried every unlock code we could think of and it is to the point now where it doesn't even bring out the pattern anymore it just bring up the screen asking for the Google account... I activated the phone so the phone is now active and can receive phone calls but still can't get to the home screen
we would do a hard reset but there is information on this phone that is vital and we would like to get it unlocked without losing it..
I do remember reading somewhere that if you call the phone and hit all sorts of keys you can get in to the home screen....
does anybody know of any process we can do to get into this phone?

If you are going to activate it on the same number as the phone that got wet, can't you just do an equipment swap? Then you will just need the google account that you currently use...

Forget lock pattern, no worry just need Google Account Registration with your tablet or phone. Connect it with your Wi-fi and try repeated errors so that tablet may ask for valid google registration authentication. after that get google password and type in your tablet then reset it according to your desired way. and You got to unlock it. qi=uickly.
