    Phone "Ringing" when I plug it in to charge it

    My phone has started making this ringing sound when plugged in for charging.

    To make it stop, I need to drag the Notification area down.

    I really don't know any other way to describe it, as it happens randomly. If I'm able to record it I will and post it here, but it sounds like a standard POTS line ringing.

    Here, I managed to capture it with my iPad (I know...I know...it's my wife's).

    Anyway, does this sound familiar to anyone?

    Trying to be fast, "Box" was the only website I could find that would let me quickly upload an auddio file.

    Please take a listen to this and tell me what you think.

    Polite bump.

    This has to be a setting I am missing. It's driving me and my coworkers insane typo hear that every time I plug it in.
