    Crashing

    My phone has shut down after taking a pic. I pulled battery and started phone took a second pic and Same thing occurred. Any clues?

    Mine does that too. I thought it was something I downloaded, but apparently not. I hope someone has an answer!

    Well I don't own the phone so I can't get specific, but as general android procedure(sounding technical lol) when is the last time you cleared your cache?

    I've done that and cleared data too. I've also done factory resets as well as had the phone replaced through warranty some 3 or 4 times. Every phone has had the same issue. I don't understand it. Maybe it's just a glitch in the phone its self?

    Yeah, definitely sounds likely a hardware thing to me. Do the phones always do it? Or just every now and then

    Only did it twice on xmas for me. Just took pic with flash on and no problem

    It could very well be an app you have causing it. Are you using a task manager or a camera app?

    Just using camera app that came with phone. Don't know what was running first time it crashed but after removing battery to unlock phone took 2nd pic and gone locked up again. Hasn't locked since then.

    what average percent charge do you have left on battery when this happens, does it work fine directly off charge?
