Probably either wgen i downloaded a browser called dolphin browser or when i went on a site dealing with gif extension pics

Ok so after talking with a guy named dave with verizon tech support he said the error i was seeing was comparable to like the event viewer on my pc...and that i had nothing to be concerned about..i told him i felt so relieved cause others at verizon including a supervisor i talked to said they never heard of it having an error but they suggested it was a manufactuer defect..was also suggested by the tech support guy to contact phone manufacturer to fix the phone instrad of insurance company since the manufacturer would most likely return the phone after fixing the problem
