Mobile Hotspot Capability

Can the Droid Charge maintain mobile hotspot connection and initiate or answer a phone call at the same time?

And do you know which phones can do both at the same time?

It can if you're tethering on 4g but I believe only the thunderbolt can do this on 3g.

I was browsing on the vzw website last night and a window popped up offering chat. I went ahead and asked the question "which android phones are capable of concurrent mobile hotspot and an active telephone conversation". She replied that all 4G android phones can do that.
