    Still No Google Talk Video Chat After Gingerbread OTA?!

    Hey, does anybody know if video chat using google talk is supported now? Gingerbread supports video chat, and system software is now 2.3.6 and google talk is v1.3. I am asking because my mom has the charge and just got the update but is still unable to video chat. I have the bionic and it works perfectly. My bionic is stock and running android 2.3.4 and google talk v1.3. Would be cool to video chat since we live in different states. Thanks!
