Is there any way to unlock the 4 widgets at the bottom of all the home screens on the Samsung Charge?

Have you tried a home replacement like launcherpro or golauncher?

Select the Applications; when your list of Applications appear, press the Menu button (bottom left button key) and select Edit. Drag any icon you want to the menu bar. I dragged my Email icon over the Contacts, as I can access contacts from the Phone app. You can use the same Edit process to move your downloaded apps into their APPROPRIATE alphabetical order (good grief I have Gingerbread gives alpa order! ! ! )

I like golauncher, but I'd still rather just eliminate the bottom icons and get 20 per page.
