is there a way to enter an address (location) on Google Maps then be able to retrieve it later on my Droid? Garmin For BBERRY used to have this feature but shut it down. It's very helpful.

If you are logged into your Google account on your PC you can save in "My Maps" . You can "Star" to pull up on Stared items on your Droid. If it is something that you remember the first number of the address, just the act of pulling it up on your PC, will make it pull up on your Droid with the first number (or any part) of the address
Droid does some cool and amazing things. Yet it does not do some basic stuff that has been stock on most phones for years. It makes me think the Google developers were marooned in some kind of a 1977 LOST flashback/flashforward/sideways combo reality gameshow
works great, thanks! I always wondered what that star was for.
If you use Chrome as your browser on the pc, check out chrome to phone. You install the extension in Chrome, app on your phone. Then you just hit the button in the browser and a link will be sent to your phone. Comes in handy.
