    Manual De-bloat tips??

    I have a Samsung Charge (Verizon) and the full GB EP1W *leak* ROM w/ imo's lagfix kernel. I am rooted and have Titanium backup w/ current backups. I'd like to manually de-bloat and get rid of the stuff that is not really necessary (but would keep the Google apps). Any tips on what software I should uninstall w/o hurting core functionality or processes I should remove?? Anywhere I can go to get more info on what all of the "stuff" is and make intelligent decisions as to what is fluff and what is needed?
