    Yea... it's your GPS, but it could be one of 3... go to settings - location and security - and see what is checked (VZW location services, Standalond GPS, Google location)... out of the 3, from my experience, VZW is NOT needed and not that great.

    I have found that having google AND standalone checked is the best way to go.... Vsw is pointless for me so far...
