Completed Processes, at the top of the home screen you will see a bar area where the 3G, reception bars and battery power is. You will also see completed processes such as downloading, updating, whatever action you had your phone do. The green light is notifying you that these processes are complete, so if you put your finger on it and pull it down (seriously, this is new to me and pretty cool), its kind of like a shutter, but it will give you more information and a button that looks similar to :mad:, tap those buttons to clear it and no more blinking light.
