Exchange Email Reply Formatting

I am having an issue with email formatting when I use my Droid Charge to reply to an Exchange account email using the stock email app.

When I reply to an email, it removes the entire original email header information (From, Sent, To, Subject) and replaces it with a simple:
""SenderLast, SenderFirst" wrote:"

Has anyone had this issue? And if so, is there a solution to have replies use the actual header information?

I am looking for this:
From: SenderLast, SenderFirst
Sent: DDDDDDDD, MMMM DD, YYYY hh:mm AM/PM
To: MeLast, MeFirst
Subject: [Email Subject]

[paperfolder]

I noticed this in the last couple weeks as well on my Moto Droid...must have been something that's changed recently because this worked fine for the last 18 months!
