About LinkBacksIs anyone else having trouble connecting your phone to your computer? I installed the drivers but that didn't work. my computer doesn't see my phone art all. Does anyone have a fix or a link to the drivers?

07-07-2011 02:03 AMI got them from samsungs website. Dont have it offhand but make sure the usb storage option is checked off on your phone

10-04-2011 07:45 AMI had so much trouble called verizon they told me to go in and get my usb cable replaced since it is under 1 year warranty as well the rep gave me the one out of the media sync box and bam not a problem since.

10-04-2011 08:42 PMIts different for everyone they tried telling me all usb cables are the same but for something has to be different about them because some only charge not connect as data cable or some see it then d/c over and over i had to argue with the rep untill he told me to go in and get it replaced which solved my problem.
