My Verizon Mobile app stopped working
I use this app all the time to view my usage and pay my bill. It stopped working on my continuum about a month ago. I tried to run it and it told me I had to first do a mandatory upgrade of the app. I upgraded it and now it just tried to connect then throws an error that says "sorry an error has occurred". If I tap OK to clear the message, the app closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the update but it didn't help. Now I cant even uninstall the update because the app has completely disappeared from the play store.
Can I either...
- Get the old app back, or
- replace it with something else
