    rooting. i have more questions

    Is it possible to root my moto droid w/o using a computer? I have the froyo 2.2 update force installed. I want to be able to install screenshot apps and different keyboards. Can someone tell me what to do?

    easyroot app roots ur phone.

    everyone says its a forced update but it wasnt

    anyway http://downloads.droidmod.org/DMUpdater-12.apk

    there is a better one than easy root since thats so buggy

    +1 for DMupdater those guys do an amazing job. I used it root my Droid way back when it was sholes lol
