    Unable to Clear Voicemail Icon

    For some strange reason, I cannot clear the icon showing there are voice mails from my Droid V2.1.
    I can clear everything else, but not that icon.
    There are no messages in my voicemail.

    Would appreciate suggestions.

    Otherwise, a great phone!

    That happened to me once...did you try a battery pull?

    Did that yesterday. Waited a couple of minutes before repower and the icon was still there.
    Not sure what else to try to get rid of it.

    I had that problem with some the upload pic facebook icon, but I turned it off and turned it back on and that worked for me

    I appreciate the suggestion. What I think will clear it is to disassociate the phone with Google Voice and then clear the message.

    Then, once the icon is gone, reassociate it with Google Voice
